Capturing Winter
One of my favorite seasons to photograph is winter.
I grew up in Minnesota, so snow makes me happy. I’ve been hoping for snow here in Utah since November and finally, we had our first snow fall mid-February.
As soon as the snow started, we all bundled up and went outside. I grabbed my film camera and snapped a few photos while they played in the freshly fallen snow. It was magic! I got my photos back from the Find Lab yesterday and can’t stop staring at the photos!!!
Every season I have a loose bucket list I try to hit.
For Winter I try to get a landscape winter shot, a snow detail, and lots of images of my kids playing in the snow.
This winter we had almost no snow so it was hart to hit my bucket list items, but I did manage to get snow details and cute images of my kids playing in the snow-so i’m counting that as a win!
